Surge working?

Just as soon as there is publicity on the surge working, bombers strike again. Even tho I was against the surge I want it to work.Our new president will be stuck with the mess and soon, if the past is any indication, will get flack on what's happening. So let's hope there is some improvement and our next president can get our budget balanced so interest on loans won't take all our taxes.
